Eideticom demonstrating FPGA disaggregation using NoLoad™ and NVMe over Fabrics at SC17

Calgary, Canada – November 9th, 2017 – Eidetic Communications Inc. (Eideticom), a developer of leading edge storage, compute and application software targeting programmable platforms on the cloud or at the network edge, is pleased to announce that in partnership with Xilinx® it is demonstrating disaggregation of FPGA Accelerators using NoLoad™ and NVMe over Fabrics at the Super Computing 2017 (SC17) conference. SC17 will take place at the Colorado Convention Centre, Denver, CO from November 12-17, 2017

The demonstration will showcase the ability to remotely access NoLoad™ FPGA accelerators over network fabrics using NVMe over Fabrics. NoLoad™ is a storage and compute acceleration platform targeting FPGA’s and its NVMe compatible interface provides the ability for acceleration functions to be accessed from remote clients via NVMe over Fabrics. The SC17 demo showcases disaggregation of NoLoad™ Erasure Code accelerators across an Ethernet network fabric.
